In mainland China, the CCP has not only plundered all material resources -- far more terrifying is that it has stripped every single person of their human rights and their very thoughts! Why can we say this?
When a person lives in a closed environment where they cannot control their own human rights, their own thoughts, their own speech, their own beliefs, and cannot even obtain true information -- is that not being held hostage?
If the CCP alone is permitted to violate your human rights, while you are forbidden from crying out in protest or bearing witness against its crimes -- is this not living in a society that is itself one giant black jail? In this society, are you not also a victim? Even if you are lured with privileges and benefits into persecuting others, does that not simply mean you are being used, never treated as a decent human being to begin with?
But why is it that so many Chinese people do not realize they have been held hostage -- both morally and physically? Every one of the CCP's successive political campaigns has, at its core, persecuted human rights, aiming to eliminate every intellectual elite who possesses a humanistic spirit -- a humanistic spirit being a system of values centered on the human being, emphasizing respect and care for human dignity, worth, and spiritual and cultural life. Once your humanistic spirit has been stripped away, once intellectuals' free will, independent thought, and spiritual exploration have been replaced by the fear of mere survival, and once people have grown so accustomed to the CCP's indoctrination that they no longer even notice it, the spirit has already died.
At the same time, those whose conscience deep down has not yet been extinguished, even if they consciously realize they have been taken hostage, may -- due to Stockholm syndrome, or simply fear -- convince themselves they are powerless to break free from this hostage state. Little do they know that this is precisely the effect the CCP has sought to achieve through brainwashing the Chinese people with atheism.
Once the spirit has died, physical elimination becomes, for the CCP, simply a matter of taking what it needs, whenever it needs it. Treating Chinese people as a living organ bank and blood bank, so that CCP power-holders may extend their lives through live organ harvesting or rejuvenate themselves by extracting blood, is the most typical example of this.
When a nation has been transformed into a prison for human rights, no one within it can remain an outsider or a mere bystander -- it is not only those targeted and persecuted in a given political campaign who are victims, but also those who help the CCP whip up that political campaign and persecute others, because they too are denied human rights and dignity; the CCP merely uses their hands and skills to commit its crimes, and will later use their very lives to take the blame.
Without human rights, there is certainly no guarantee of personal safety or property -- which means everyone lives in danger, because persecuting human rights is, in itself, a refusal to respect people as human beings at all! Yet some people don't even realize what harm has been done to them; many simply know they have been taken hostage, and try their best to keep on living, until the day disaster finally falls upon their own heads.
Below, we will examine, from several angles, how the CCP has gone about destroying "the Chinese people" as a group of human beings.
I. Refusing to Respect the Chinese People as Human Beings in Thought
Human beings are born with basic human rights bestowed by the divine -- for instance, the freedom to respect one another as human beings, freedom of thought, and freedom of speech. This freedom is limited only by the obligation not to harm the life, liberty, or property of others. Today, though the Soviet Union has long since collapsed, the CCP, following the Soviet Communist Party's model, has continued brainwashing the Chinese people for more than seventy years and counting -- from elementary school through university, repeatedly reinforcing a conditioned training in hatred among the Chinese people! Conditioning you to hate, as if by reflex, whatever the CCP hates, and to treat defending the CCP as "patriotism," all while never stopping to consider the basic premise: "Is the CCP the same thing as China?"
In China under CCP rule, you are not permitted to have your own independent thoughts; no one is permitted to independently investigate, verify, analyze, compare, evaluate, or discuss any matter, any subject, any theory, any doctrine, any understanding, or any belief; foreign media are not permitted to conduct independent interviews; and free speech online is forbidden (websites blocked by the CCP are labeled part of the "dark web"). Everything must be judged right or wrong by the Party alone -- otherwise you will be attacked, punished, penalized, disappeared, or physically eliminated by the Party.
From 1949 to the present day, have the Chinese people actually been "liberated," or have they been "held hostage"? Have they truly "stood up," or have they in fact fallen down?
From the Suppression of Counter-revolutionaries, Land Reform, the Three-Anti and Five-Anti Campaigns, the transformation of industry and commerce, the banning of "secret societies," the suppression of religion, the Great Famine, the Four Cleanups Movement, the Cultural Revolution, and the June 4th massacre, all the way to the persecution of Falun Gong -- the CCP has, in every campaign of persecution that strips away human rights and ravages people's thinking, manufactured various fixed conclusions, conditioned into reflex, that no one is permitted to question, repeatedly using them to brainwash the Chinese people. For example:
- The moment the Party's flaws, mistakes, or evidence of its crimes are mentioned, the immediate verdict must be: anti-Party, playing politics, unpatriotic; - The moment landlords, rich peasants, or capitalists are mentioned, the immediate verdict must be: wicked villains who bullied and oppressed us poor and lower-middle peasants; - The moment the Kuomintang is mentioned, the immediate verdict must be: reactionaries, traitors, running dogs, national sellouts, who never resisted Japan; - The moment intellectuals are mentioned, the immediate verdict must be: ideologically reactionary stinking intellectuals; - The moment the Communist Party is mentioned, it must immediately be praised as: great, glorious, and correct...
All of this represents the ideological conditioning, enslavement, and annihilation the CCP -- the chief representative in today's world of this demon called communism -- has inflicted upon the Chinese people.
The CCP even pinned the "Tiananmen self-immolation" incident, which Jiang Zemin himself orchestrated, on Falun Gong, and then wrote this monumental lie into school textbooks to deceive students.
Hong Kong, whose sovereignty was handed over to the CCP, has been "liberated" round after round, ever more brazenly, under the pretext of eliminating "Hong Kong independence" elements -- transforming what was once a democratic, free, and economically prosperous Hong Kong into a human-rights prison, silenced, forbidden from speaking the truth, where only lies and the CCP itself are free to run rampant.
Naturally, the CCP is also eager to transform Taiwan, which has already achieved democracy, into another of its own human-rights prisons, free for it to do as it pleases -- which is why terms like "Taiwan independence," "liberation," and "reunification" are used as catalysts to incite nationalist sentiment among Chinese people, stirring them to hate and hold in contempt the people of Taiwan, who insist on preserving their democracy and freedom.
Can the various "standard answers" the CCP has instilled in the Chinese people actually withstand scrutiny?
- What exactly does "playing politics," "anti-Party," or "unpatriotic" mean? Who, exactly, are the real wicked villains? - Who are the true traitors, running dogs, national sellouts, who never resisted Japan? - Whose thinking is truly the most "reactionary"? - Where, exactly, is this "great, glorious, and correct" quality to be found? - Who staged the "Tiananmen self-immolation"? - Who, in fact, split the motherland apart and betrayed the nation? - Is "the CCP" the same thing as "China"? - Who is the executioner responsible for the deaths of eighty million Chinese people? - Who is it that forbids anyone in China from independently investigating, verifying, analyzing, evaluating, discussing, or freely speaking about any matter whatsoever?
In other words, who is it that has turned every Chinese person into one of Pavlov's experimental dogs?!
Among the "successors to the red revolutionary cause" the Party "cultivated" during the Cultural Revolution, 17 military-control cadres and 793 police officers were, on charges of being "smash, loot, and destroy" elements, taken to Yunnan and secretly executed by firing squad by the Party itself -- dying, ostensibly, in the line of duty, having fallen into a trap set by the very red regime they served.
Beyond having the entire population treated as a resource for live organ and blood harvesting, today the "heroes," "models," and "red-flag bearers" the Party has itself "cultivated" through a system of governance built on corruption are, in turn, purged and thrown into prison by that very same Party. All of this, too, is the bitter fruit of the Party's refusal to treat Chinese people as human beings -- treating them instead as livestock, running dogs, or private property!
Let us note in passing: did the Communist Party not claim it sought to "abolish private property"? So why is it that, after all this "abolishing," the wives, children, and property of others end up becoming the private possessions of the Party elite themselves? Who, exactly, are the people holding billions, tens of billions, even trillions of yuan in their own names in China? Who, exactly, are the ones bullying men, dominating women, and slaughtering the innocent without any limit whatsoever? Does this not already prove that the Chinese people have all been trapped inside the CCP's grand swindle, its great den of demons?
In China today, although most people do still possess thoughts of their own, there remain some who have become entirely fossilized by the Party's reflexive brainwashing -- no longer capable of analyzing and judging problems with their own minds, no longer capable of observing things with their own eyes, no longer capable of hearing free information with their own ears. Some call such people "hard to reactivate" -- a vivid description. The degeneration and ossification of the human mind is a tragic thing to witness.
In the past, those who spoke only in these reflexive, conditioned phrases were numerous; now that there are more channels for truth to reach people, their numbers are shrinking. Those who manage to keep a kind heart, who dare to accept the truth, are the fortunate ones -- and they will also be the survivors when the CCP finally falls.
II. Refusing to Respect the Chinese People as Human Beings in Terms of Human Rights
The CCP has not only stripped the people of all their material resources -- it has also monopolized every tool of media and propaganda, controlling the direction of every campaign that persecutes human rights. Any space for free speech is virtual, illusory. The moment the Party designates someone an "enemy" (that is, a victim), if there is no charge against them, it simply invents one -- and it need not even bother inventing a charge in order to make someone disappear. It goes further still, inciting and manufacturing nationwide hatred and attacks against that person, smearing the innocent as filthy and slandering the noble as base. This does not merely strip the victim of their rights -- it simultaneously strips every other person of their own basic rights and dignity as well: toward someone the Party hates, no matter how good that person may be, you must oppose them, and you may not say a single fair word on their behalf; toward someone who still holds value for the Party, no matter how bad that person may be, you must support them, and you may not criticize or correct their flaws, mistakes, or crimes. Everything must serve the Party's interests -- for the Party's interests stand higher than life itself, higher even than the rights bestowed by Heaven!
In every political campaign that has persecuted human rights, the Communist Party has been the mastermind, inciting ordinary people into committing evil acts, only for the responsibility, in the end, never to fall on the Communist Party itself. Some people believe: "The intentions from above were good -- it was those below who botched it." This, too, is a mistaken understanding produced by the CCP's long years of brainwashing and conditioning -- leading Chinese people to deceive themselves, never stopping to consider: persecuting human rights is itself a sin against the divine, and which of these campaigns was ever started by ordinary people themselves?
From 1949 to today in 2025, from Land Reform, the Three-Anti and Five-Anti Campaigns, the Four Cleanups Movement, the Cultural Revolution, June 4th, all the way to the persecution of Falun Gong, the CCP has consistently followed the same formula: defame their reputation, cut off their finances, physically eliminate them -- beat them to death and the killing goes unpunished, chalk their death up to "suicide," never investigate the identity of the body, cremate it immediately. The "transformation" classes, labor camps, and prisons the CCP has established -- these super-concentration camps for persecuting human rights -- are scattered across the whole of China. Over a hundred different forms of torture have been used: brutal beatings, hanging by the wrists, solitary confinement in cramped cells, restraint straps, injections of unknown drugs, force-feeding of excrement and urine, rape, forced abortion, and more. From home invasions and arbitrary abductions to indefinite detention, torture, and live organ harvesting -- how does the cruelty of this red fascism compare to that of the black and brown fascisms of history?
The most absurd and most evil human-rights crime in the world today is the persecution of Falun Gong -- and it is a state-sponsored government action that has never stopped in the 26 years since 1999, continuously covered up throughout. According to the Minghui website, as of September 12, 2025, 5,260 Falun Gong practitioners whose names have been confirmed have been persecuted to death by the CCP -- and this does not even include the at least several hundred thousand additional victims whose names could not be verified, who disappeared, or who had their organs harvested alive, nor the spouses, children, relatives, classmates, and colleagues of over a hundred million Falun Gong practitioners who have been deceived and stripped of their basic rights. The sheer scale of these bloody crimes, beyond what human language can describe, has led the international community to call the CCP "an evil unprecedented on this planet."
A lawyer named Zuo Zhihai has said: "Every one of us Chinese people actually lives in danger, but the danger we Chinese face does not come from local hoodlums or organized crime -- it comes from the CCP's own illegal system. Under this judicial system of the CCP, its leading cadres and officials can wield the power in their hands however they please, can easily mobilize the police, the procuratorate, and the courts to convict any innocent Chinese citizen. When they say you killed someone, you become a murderer. When they accuse you of rape, that charge of rape will stick to you no matter what. When they say you obstructed official duties, resisted law enforcement with violence, or disturbed public order, you will be found guilty of obstruction of official duties, guilty of intentional assault, guilty of picking quarrels and provoking trouble -- because they can fabricate whatever evidence they need, and gather whatever witnesses and testimony they want. They can even, through torture, force you to 'remember' and confess to crimes you never committed at all."
The Party can freely break into people's homes to rob them, abduct them arbitrarily, detain them indefinitely, torture them, and harvest their organs alive. Chinese people live in constant danger at every moment (including Party cadres themselves, and personnel of the police, procuratorate, courts, and judicial system) -- never knowing when they might be taken away by the Party from their own home or workplace, made to "hang themselves," or die of a sudden "heart attack" arranged by the Party. Serving the Party faithfully with one step, only to fall into a trap set by that same red regime with the next -- isn't that pitiable? Democratic, free nations put advanced technology to use improving people's livelihoods; the CCP's dictatorship puts advanced technology to use controlling the people's rights, through big-data surveillance and cell-phone location tracking. This is the second bitter fruit produced by the CCP's refusal to respect the Chinese people as human beings!
III. Refusing to Respect the Chinese People as Human Beings in Matters of Life Itself
From cannon fodder to human ore. After the victory over Japan in World War II, the CCP was the first to instigate civil war, using cannon-fodder tactics to sacrifice wave after wave of Chinese people in every conceivable way -- used as stepping stones, human shields to absorb bullets, and scapegoats -- while the Party itself, hiding in safety and enjoying its privileges, called itself the "fortress of the people," the "iron great wall," the "bronze wall and iron bastion."
The Huaihai Campaign launched by the CCP was won at a ratio of five CCP soldiers killed for every one government soldier killed -- a victory achieved through the CCP's "human-flesh strategy and human-flesh tactics." This tactic was employed not only in the Huaihai Campaign but likewise in the Liaoshen Campaign.
Liang Su-jung, former president of Taiwan's Legislative Yuan, wrote in his memoir Right and Wrong on a Grand Scale, published before his death, describing the Battle of Siping as follows: "In March of the 37th year of the Republic [1948], the Communist forces attacked Siping three times, launching five waves of assault in total. In this attack, the Communist forces employed human-wave tactics, forming the common people into columns and driving them forward wave after wave, until the bodies of ordinary civilians piled up like mountains. The Nationalist army could no longer bring itself to keep fighting, and the Communist forces, trampling over the corpses, broke into Siping. Some say the day Siping finally fell was March 12, others say March 15 -- but I clearly remember it was the second day of the second lunar month, the day of 'the dragon raising its head.'"
The reason the CCP's forces were able to take Siping that year was precisely this tactic of "driving large numbers of innocent civilians forward as cannon fodder" -- that is, forcing ordinary civilians to march at the front of the column. In the end, the Nationalist soldiers could no longer bring themselves to keep firing on civilians, and had no choice but to retreat.
Ma Sen, the veteran writer now living in Canada, described this similarly in his essay "My Three 'Liberations'" (published in the Taiwanese magazine INK in January 2005): "What frightened me most at the time was hearing my cousin Yuchun describe how, when the Liberation Army attacked the city, marching in front of the soldiers was a dark, dense mass of unarmed elderly and weak peasants, so many that the puppet troops defending the city could not bring themselves to fire, allowing the Liberation Army to easily scale the walls and take the city."
During his 2005 speaking tour of Australia, Xin Haonian also recounted a story he had heard from a retired CCP military officer of the Jinan Military Region, revealing how the Communist forces defeated the Nationalist army's elite 74th Division at the Battle of Menglianggu in Shandong. The Communist forces used the stripped-naked wives and daughters of landlords as human shields to block enemy fire!
At the time, the CCP forces launched their first charge up the slopes of Mengliangdu. Only after opening fire did the Nationalist soldiers suddenly realize, with a jolt, that those charging in front were a crowd of elderly men and women -- landlords, rich peasants, "counter-revolutionaries." The Nationalist troops immediately ceased fire. The CCP then launched a second charge, this time with a group of children (the sons and daughters of landlords and rich peasants) leading the way, forcing the Nationalist soldiers to lower their weapons once again -- and the CCP forces seized the opportunity to charge forward, defeating them. In the third charge, what came forward was a field of white sheets; just as the Nationalist troops were about to open fire, the sheets fell away, revealing nothing but the naked bodies of young women (the daughters and wives of landlords and rich peasants). The Nationalist soldiers threw down their guns -- how could this battle possibly be fought?! In this engagement, Zhang Lingfu, the heroic division commander who had fought valiantly against Japan, took his own life in a final act of sacrifice for his country.
Nationalist General Hu Lian also once spoke with his friend He Jiahua about the CCP's "human-wave tactics," saying: "Back when I fought the Communist forces in the Yimeng Mountains, I saw with my own eyes how they drove ordinary civilians forward, each carrying two hand grenades, to charge our lines. Our defending troops opened fire with machine guns, and seeing that all who fell were civilians, we naturally could not bring ourselves to keep firing -- and that's when the Communist regular forces would charge in." "I understood the human-wave tactic, but could we ever have used it ourselves? We would rather have accepted defeat."
Regarding the atrocities of the CCP's forces, Shanghai's Ta Kung Pao published an editorial on April 16, 1946, titled "The Shameful Battle of Changchun," written by the renowned journalist and Ta Kung Pao editor-in-chief Wang Yunsheng. In the article, he bitterly denounced the CCP's forces: "Their attacking tactic is often to send unarmed civilians forward as the vanguard, while machine guns and mortars supervise the advance from behind... The unarmed vanguard falls in heaps and clusters, and only after the enemy's firepower has been exhausted does the real battle actually begin... This has truly reached the most heaven-defying, inhuman extreme -- driving people to their deaths in a human-flesh war. Even if you win, what honor is there in that? Must you really sacrifice two hundred million of your own countrymen just to decide victory or defeat? Please, soften your hearts and lay down your butcher's knife at once!"
The Ta Kung Pao article also lets us understand the CCP's despicable conduct during the Siege of Changchun. In May 1948, the 100,000 Nationalist troops of the 60th Army stationed in Changchun, Jilin Province, were completely surrounded by 100,000 CCP troops, leaving the defending forces critically short of food and fuel. With outside aid unable to reach them and supplies exhausted, the Nationalist army, after holding out for more than 150 days, was forced to defect, and the CCP forces took control of Changchun.
The reason Ta Kung Pao called the Battle of Changchun "shameful" was that the CCP's forces adopted an utterly inhumane practice: during the siege, not a single civilian was permitted to leave the city. In other words, the civilians of Changchun became bargaining chips the CCP's forces used to pressure the Nationalist army, and every civilian who tried to leave the city in search of survival was blocked. As a result, during the siege, civilians, in their struggle to survive, resorted not only to eating tree bark and leaves, but cases of cannibalism even emerged, and many people died of starvation. It is said that in the entire besieged city of Changchun, there was hardly a single household that did not lose someone to death.
The true meaning of "the people's war" is this: "a war in which the Chinese people offered up their own flesh and blood as cannon fodder for the CCP, fought to win the CCP its empire, and in the process turned themselves into the CCP's own private property."
A brief exchange between Xi Jinping and Putin during the "September 3rd military parade" publicly confirmed the truth about organ harvesting: senior CCP officials enjoy a special, dedicated supply of organs. Alongside this, there is also "organ diplomacy" and "organ bribery," used to secure benefits for the Party in international affairs -- organ transplant technology has become a source of bragging rights, and ordinary citizens' organs have become tribute, become gifts.
Even in peacetime, the people are treated as "human ore." Hu Xinyu, the student from Jiangxi, is one such example. There are also the deaths of Luo Shuaiyu and Yu Menglong, and the mass disappearances of Chinese youth in recent years, whose truths the CCP has gone to great lengths to conceal -- because the moment these truths become public, Chinese people would instantly realize that the CCP does not respect Chinese people as human beings at all, and that it is utterly without limits, evil to the extreme!
IV. Legal Fraud and Transnational Repression
The CCP's crackdown on Falun Gong is a persecution of human rights. Falun Gong asks its practitioners to hold themselves to the highest standard of the universe's own nature -- Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance -- striving to become good people, better even than good people, becoming ever more selfless, and ultimately achieving good physical health as well. It is precisely because of this high moral conduct that Falun Gong has won widespread respect and welcome from political leaders and ordinary people around the world! Practitioners studying the teachings, practicing the exercises, telling people the truth, and distributing informational materials are all human-rights activities, protected under the law -- the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong has no legal basis or moral justification whatsoever.
Arresting and detaining Falun Gong practitioners under the pretext of "undermining the implementation of the law" is, in fact, a fraudulent act by which the CCP invokes the name of the law itself in order to undermine the law and trample on human rights -- an act with absolutely no legal basis. The police, procuratorate, and courts have become criminal instruments the CCP uses to carry out its persecution of human rights, as well as scapegoats it has prepared for the future.
Former U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom Sam Brownback said in a speech at the "China Forum": "The CCP is waging a war on faith -- and it is a war the CCP cannot win." The basic laws violated by the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong are as follows:
(1) Violation of international law: crimes against humanity, torture, and genocide. (2) Violation of Article 36 of the Constitution: "Citizens of the People's Republic of China enjoy freedom of religious belief." (3) Violation of Article 35 of the Constitution: citizens enjoy freedom of speech, of the press, of assembly, of association, of procession, and of demonstration. (4) Violations of the Criminal Law: 1. Intentional injury; 2. Defamation and slander; 3. Violation of Article 245 of the Criminal Law, "illegal search" and "illegal home invasion"; 4. Abuse of detainees; 5. Illegally depriving citizens of freedom of religious belief; 6. Abuse of power. (5) Violation of the Prison Law. (6) Violations of the Supervision Law, the Civil Servants Law, the People's Police Law, and other related statutes and regulations...
V. How the Trade War Began
In hopes of improving human rights in China, the United States extended an olive branch, allowing China to join the World Trade Organization (WTO) and granting the CCP most-favored-nation trading status. Over more than two decades, this fattened up the CCP considerably, while also making the Chinese people wealthier. In response, the CCP came to believe it had successfully outmaneuvered the Americans, shifting from its old strategy of "hiding its strength and biding its time" and "panda diplomacy" to openly and comprehensively working to destabilize the United States, in pursuit of global hegemony.
American appetite for the profits of the China market gave the CCP the opportunity to bring its full arsenal of tricks to bear in an attempt to "cut corners and overtake" its rival, treating the United States exactly as it had once treated the Nationalist government: red infiltration, cultural infiltration, using women to bribe government officials, using money to bribe high-tech personnel, propaganda aimed at sowing division, stealing technology, coercing forced technology transfers, and every other such tactic. The CCP has also waged unrestricted warfare against the United States, using tools such as biotechnology and the weaponization of rare-earth export controls.
Although the CCP's ultimate goal is to rule the entire world, transforming it into a lawless criminal underworld and a giant human-rights prison just like Communist China itself, after more than forty years, many of its dark secrets have finally been exposed by American think tanks, enraging large numbers of traditional Americans. At the same time, just as many countries have long imposed tariffs on the United States, the U.S. government's increase in tariffs is not aimed solely at the CCP, but is also a normal economic strategy to protect the interests of the United States as a nation.
Conclusion: A Global Consensus Has Formed to Settle the CCP's Crimes
In the United States, seven senior U.S. senators have joined the ranks of co-sponsors of the Senate's Falun Gong Protection Act. Ten senior Texas legislators sent a letter to the bill's lead sponsor, Senator Ted Cruz, expressing their support for the Falun Gong Protection Act. These seven U.S. senators are actively pushing the Falun Gong Protection Act forward.
Around the world, political leaders and ordinary citizens of many countries support Falun Gong practitioners in their struggle against persecution. Political figures from Canada, Australia, Germany, and citizens of more than a hundred countries have signed their names and stood up, forming a force united against this demonic power to settle accounts with the CCP -- all of humanity is standing against communism.
The CCP is not the same as China. Still less can the CCP claim to represent the Chinese nation. This red evil dragon that is the Communist Party is an evil spirit that opposes Heaven, opposes Earth, opposes humanity, and opposes the very cosmos itself -- and all life throughout the universe is working to eliminate it.
